About the Role

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals and social media platforms.
Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.
Employee Onboarding
Assist in collecting and verifying employee documents.
Support new employee onboarding and induction activities.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters, and onboarding documentation.
HR Operations
Maintain employee records and HR databases.
Assist in attendance and leave management.
Support payroll-related documentation and data verification.
Ensure employee files are updated and organized.
Employee Engagement
Assist in organizing employee engagement activities, events, and celebrations.
Support wellness initiatives and team-building activities.
Collect employee feedback and help prepare reports.
HR Administration
Prepare HR reports, presentations, and spreadsheets.
Draft HR-related communications and emails.
Support policy documentation and compliance activities.
Required Qualifications
Pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's/Master's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
Basic knowledge of HR principles and practices.
